The boys are busy in the other room this week so we get to enjoy Coach @janaccancel without anyone with the last name that rhymes with “ottolongo” stealing the limelight.
This week we preview the 3 energy systems we have. Electricity, Plumbing, and Ventilation. Its like a house and all the systems are usually running together. You are never really using just one at a time. In the next few weeks we will nerd out a little on each one and tell you how each one feels during a workout.
Coming soon, we have busy dad on the show sharing how he’s thrown his excuses to the side and is crushing his goals. We talk about lots of kids and work and his routine that has led to being the sleep leader in the gym’s @whoop group despite life trying to get in the way every moment.
