CrossFit

All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements. These movements reflect elements of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing, and endurance to increase overall fitness and athletic performance. Considering life’s core movements, CrossFit develops fitness, strength, and skill through constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity.

Foundations

Foundations sessions are designed to prep you for success in our program. You will learn all about the foundational movements we use in our workouts, to keep you moving efficiently and safely.

Weightlifting

Build strength, power, flexibility, stability, confidence and much more by focusing on hitting the correct positions in the snatch and clean and jerk. In this class, you will learn the importance of positions and how 1 inch can mean the difference between a good lift and a missed lift. By slowing things down, you will gain confidence every time you step up to the bar.
