A) accumulate 3 minutes of close grip hang from the pull-up bar, every time you drop 10 sit-ups.

B) 8x 2min on 2 min off alternating:
1) row 250m and then AMRAP 8 alternating DB snatches(50/35)+6 burpees
2) row 250m and then AMRAP 8 goblet lunges+6 box jump overs
