Benchmark Workouts

CrossFit is “Constantly Varied” but we repeat certain workouts to gauge our fitness overtime. Those benchmark workouts can be split into mostly 2 categories: Girls & Heroes. Keanu and Mike and “Chad” discuss how these types of benchmarks differ and why they are both important to our training. Oh and the CrossFit Games start in 4 days!!
