Open Gym

“Open gym” a designated time that you can come into the gym and have access to one of our coaches and get help with movements or skills you want to improve on. It is also a time for individual questions and a time you can make up a WOD you missed or do that WOD you have always wanted to do.

“WOD” is an acronym for the workout of the day.
