How to Join

Step 1

Attend a “No Sweat” Intro

The first step is a FREE “no sweat” introduction. Come in for 15 minutes, receive a tour of the facility and meet Mike or one of the awesome trainers. They will sit down with you and discuss your goals and answer any questions you may have about the facility and the program.  There are a ton of myths about CrossFit.  This will be a great time to squash them and get to the truth.  CrossFit just plain works.  FYI, Most of the time slots are specifically right before a class, so if you want to come in your workout gear and try out your first class after, feel free!

Step 2

Attend Your First Class

After your “No Sweat” intro you will be invited to try CrossFit Ergo for a 7 Day FREE trail. During those 7 days, you can attend as many classes as you like. This will allow you to experience the variety of programming and class times.  Each day there is something different on the whiteboard. We want to make sure CrossFit Ergo is the right match for you.

 

Step 3

Join as a Member

After your FREE trail you can then join as a member.
