Step 1

Attend a “No Sweat” Intro

The first step is a FREE “no sweat” introduction. Come in for 15 minutes, receive a tour of the facility and meet John Montgomery. He will sit down with you and discuss your goals and what you are looking for. Just fill out the form to schedule a day and time.

Step 2

Attend Your First Class

After your “No Sweat” intro you will be invited to try CrossFit Ergo for a 7 Day FREE trail. During those 7 days, you can attend as many classes as you like. We want to make sure CrossFit Ergo is the right match for you.

 

Step 3

Join as a Member

After your FREE trail you can then join as a member.
