Keanu Redongo

Before Crossfit, Keanu started weight lifting at the age of 15 during his sophomore year in high school

After a couple years of weight lifting, he looked for a more functional workout regimen. Always loved being in the gym, but always looking for a more challenging task to complete, he found CrossFit in December of 2013 after his brother, Chad, joined a year before and have been in the best shape of his life. After receiving his Level 1 Cert, Keanu has been coaching CrossFit since late 2014. Whether it be inside the gym, working, or coaching, there is always room for improvement. Nothing can be perfect, but everything can be better.
